1. Overview
At STORE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Returns & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products can be returned and refunds can be issued.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if the product meets the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Perishable or food products
- Items marked as âFinal Saleâ
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards or promotional items
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 7â10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours
6. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team with your order details.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
